{"id":316153,"date":"2023-11-16T09:01:57","date_gmt":"2023-11-16T08:01:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/polishscience.pl\/?p=316153"},"modified":"2023-11-16T09:01:57","modified_gmt":"2023-11-16T08:01:57","slug":"warsaw-university-of-life-sciences-joins-the-youarein-young-agrifood-european-innovators-project","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.polishscience.pl\/en\/warsaw-university-of-life-sciences-joins-the-youarein-young-agrifood-european-innovators-project\/","title":{"rendered":"Warsaw University of Life Sciences joins the &#8220;YOUAREIN &#8211; YOUng AgRifood European Innovators&#8221; project"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Faculty of Food Technology at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW) is participating in the project &#8220;YOUAREIN &#8211; YOUng AgRifood European Innovators&#8221; in the framework of the &#8220;Cooperation Partnerships in Higher Education&#8221; of the Erasmus+ programme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SGGW is the coordinator of the project, which aims to develop a multifunctional multimedia training course on innovative strategies for producing economically, environmentally and socially sustainable food products.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The course developed as part of the project will address alternative methods, new ingredients, as well as building the awareness of a new generation of entrepreneurs so that their interest in investing in sustainability is a core principle of their business rather than a forced practice, reports SGGW.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The platform with the online course will be available in 2024.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Partners in the project are: Universidade Catolica Portuguesa and Escola Superior deBiotecnologia from Portugal, the European Food Information Council (Belgium) and : Food Hub, Alma Mater Studiorum &#8211; Universita di Bologna and Department of Agricultural and Food Sciences from Italy.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Faculty of Food Technology at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW) is participating in the project &#8220;YOUAREIN &#8211; YOUng AgRifood European Innovators&#8221; in the framework of the &#8220;Cooperation Partnerships in Higher Education&#8221; of the Erasmus+ programme.
