The project leader is Silesia Smart Systems.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The other consortium members are the Regional Development Agency S.A. in Bielsko-Bia\u0142a, the Upper Silesian Market Enterprise Accelerator.
