The visit is linked to the opening of a collaborative research group at the university. The Nobel laureate will also give an open lecture as part of the Interdisciplinary Science Seminar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The visit of the scientist cooperating with the Wroc\u0142aw university, is connected with the inauguration, planned for Tuesday, 7 November of a special research group specialising in the construction of ultrafast lasers. It is headed by Dr Maciej Kowalczyk, who collaborated with Prof Krausz in Germany as a postdoctoral fellow in 2020-22.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prof. Ferenc Krausz is director of the Max Planck Institute for Quantum Optics in Munich. In October, together with Prof. Anne L&#8217;Huillier and Prof. Pierre Agostini, he was awarded the Nobel Prize in Physics.
