The document was signed during the Magna Charta Observatory (MCO) conference in \u0141\u00f3d\u017a.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Cz\u0119stochowa university (still as Jan D\u0142ugosz University of Humanities and Sciences) ratified the accession document in 2021. However, at that time, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it was not possible to organise a proper ceremony.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The official signing of the act took place in \u0141\u00f3d\u017a, during the conference &#8216;Universities and Re-Construction of Cities: the Role of Research and Education&#8217;. The document was signed by representatives of many academic centres from almost the entire world.
