National teams will receive more than PLN 4 million for research in communication and information technologies, announced the National Science Centre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Polish team, led by Dr Marcin Paw\u0142owski from the International Centre for Theory of Quantum Technologies at the University of Gdansk, will coordinate the project &#8216;Modern Device Independent Cryptography&#8217; (MoDIC).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prof. Hanna Bogucka from the Faculty of Computer Science and Telecommunications at Pozna\u0144 University of Technology and her team will take part in the project &#8216;Physics-based wireless AI providing scalability and efficiency&#8217;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The third Polish winner of the CHIST-ERA Call 2022 was Dr Szymon Szott, who, together with his team, will carry out research under the project &#8216;MLDR: A Machine Learning-Driven Radio Interface&#8217; at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Three international research projects involving Polish scientists have been selected in the CHIST-ERA Call 2022 network competition.
