This is where we are about to conduct research into the use of hydrogen as a fuel, as a propulsion system in engines. I believe that we are at this point in the foray of scientific institutions that are dealing with these issues. Hydrogen is the future. We are ready to develop our economy&#8217;, said Professor Piotr Koszelnik, Rector of the Rzesz\u00f3w University of Technology (PRz), during the opening of the PRz Hydrogen Laboratory.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the newly opened facility, scientists aim to develop, among other things, methods of using hydrogen as a low-carbon energy source for the aviation industry.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PRz Vice-Chancellor for Development and Cooperation with the Environment, Prof. Jaros\u0142aw S\u0119p, emphasised that the laboratory is a very important development impulse for both the university and the Podkarpackie Hydrogen Valley.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In preparing the laboratory, Rzesz\u00f3w University of Technology invested PLN 3 million from its own resources.
