Stroud and Dexter J. Booth&#8217;s &#8220;Advanced engineering mathematics&#8221;. The translation, under the title &#8220;Matematyka in\u017cynierska. Poziom zaawansowany&#8217;, has been published by P\u0119tla Publishing. The book contains more than 1,200 pages and the translation work took place between November 2021 and April 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The textbook presents the topics most necessary in the work of an engineer. It contains material on the mathematical analysis of functions of one and many variables, vector analysis, complex analysis, numerical analysis and differential equations, linear algebra and optimisation theory.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The book is intended for students of technical faculties, engineers of various specialisations, university teachers, tutors, but also for enthusiasts of mathematics and its applications.
