The innovative wind turbine developed in the GUST project won first place, beating teams from Canada, the Netherlands, Egypt or Denmark. In addition, the P\u0141 construction achieved the best result in the category of highest annual energy production (AEP)&#8221;, informed Dr Ewa Chojnacka, a P\u0141 spokeswoman.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">GUST (Generative Urban Small Turbine) is a student project carried out by members of the Student Scientific Club of Energy Scientists (SKNE) operating at the Institute of Fluid-Flow Machinery of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the P\u0141. An interdisciplinary group of students is working on it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The GUST design proved to be unparalleled in terms of efficiency.
