The whole project is financed as part of a competition announced by the Medical Research Agency.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, &#8216;Mentalio&#8217; is the first project of its kind to make use of artificial intelligence to assess patients&#8217; mental and emotional states in depth.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As part of the clinical trial, which will involve almost 1,500 patients aged 13-21, as well as their parents and carers, the team behind the University Hospital will develop proprietary questionnaires designed for both parents, patients and professionals.
