The winner will go on an internship at the English Institute of Cancer Research in London.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;The Science Prize&#8221; is an internship programme designed to foster partnerships between the scientific and commercial worlds. The competition, organised by the Alliance of Academic Technology Transfer Centres and AstraZeneca, is aimed at scientists and doctors who are just starting their research careers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The winner of the competition will leave for a 10-month research internship at the Institute of Cancer Research (ICR) in London, where she will participate in a prestigious project on genome stability and DNA repair with the &#8216;Cancer and Genome Instability&#8217; team.
