Students played a simulation of a travel agency. During this time, they made decisions related to the employment of staff, the shape of the offer or the development of the company. They analysed the results, drew conclusions and implemented changes to their strategies.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the grand final, participants competed in an extended simulation of an interactive agency. There were six decision-making rounds to be played in a game where they had to demonstrate their decision-making, critical thinking and teamwork skills.
