The K\u00f6li mantle complex in the Scandinavian Caledonides as a natural laboratory of continental accretion&#8217; has received funding from the National Science Centre. The team working on the project is led by Dr Katarzyna Walczak from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow. The team includes scientists from AGH and the University of Wroc\u0142aw.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Continents are constantly shifting and changing shape. At one time, the lands of modern North America and Greenland were part of the continent Laurence, and today&#8217;s northern Europe was part of the continent Baltica.
