It is an alternative to catalogue designs. The idea originated as part of a master&#8217;s thesis at the Faculty of Architecture of the Warsaw University of Technology. Its author is Damian Granosik.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The proposed tool can act as an advisor &#8211; suggesting optimal solutions to the investor and designer, while leaving space for creative work.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8216;Data has become an interactive design parameter that we are able to process, analyse and evaluate at the concept stage&#8217;, emphasises the creator of WiseBuild.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8216;Running simulations and optimisations allows us to analyse more cases in greater detail. This has an impact on the design concept, meeting the requirements of energy-efficient and economical construction.
