This is a distinction awarded to institutions that provide attractive working conditions as well as opportunities for further development to research and development employees in the European Union.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The certificate is awarded by the European Commission after fulfilling the conditions set out in the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers.
