The expedition results from the Pilski Institute&#8217;s specialization in conducting studies and research in the field of water management and environmental protection.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The research cruise on the Polish yacht S \/ Y Hi Ocean One is supported by the Nord Foundation, the city of Pi\u0142a and the association of disabled divers Krok po Kroku HSA in Pi\u0142a. The seven-member team will conduct research along the west coast of Spitsbergen to learn about the diversity of grooves (Dinophyceae, Dinoflagellata).<\/p>\n<p>They plan to learn the diversity of species of algae present in the water depth, dwelling on the bottom (including sperm forms), on the water-land border and in freshwater land habitats of Spitsbergen.
