The Arqus Mentoring Programme for Early-Stage Researchers will start in October 2023.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Through the programme within the Arqus Alliance, young male and female researchers can establish sustainable mentoring relationships with established researchers at Arqus Alliance partner universities. The programme is designed for PhD students and young post-docs who are interested in professional support in the first stages of their academic career.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The coach and mentor for the mentees and mentors is Dr Yasmin Dolak-Struss, who is a systemic coach, trainer and mediator.
