Seven student teams have developed technological and market concepts as well as prototypes of innovative food products from the category of ready meals and snacks.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The project was attended by students of the University of Economics and the University of Life Sciences in Pozna\u0144. All ideas combined professionalism, very good understanding of the market, full technological readiness and high innovation. Solutions with a completely new approach to a product within its category have been developed in just two months by teams consisting mostly of first-year students.<br \/>\nDuring the final presentation, the authors sold the rights to three projects.
