The cosmetic, which will be available for sale in a few weeks, is already winning awards at industry events.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The idea to produce a specialised cream was brought about by accident. Dr Beata Kaczmarek-Szczepa\u0144ska from the Department of Biomaterials and Cosmetics Chemistry conducted research into natural compounds with anti-cancer effects. In the course of this research, she found a compound that, in a certain concentration, inhibits the growth of melanoma.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As proven by the research, the compound contained in the product inhibits the growth of melanoma. Therefore, people with excised skin lesions and those with a genetic burden of melanoma may be interested in the emulsion.
