The aim of the project is to create innovative educational materials for the education of future meat workers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The project InnoMeatEdu: Innovative digital tools for higher education in sustainable meat production science: connecting industry with academia is being implemented as part of the Erasmus + Partnership.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The project is coordinated by the University of Le\u00f3n, Spain. In addition to the Spanish university and UWM, the participating universities are the University of Thessaly (Greece), the University of Parma (Italy), the Polytechnic Institute of Bragan\u00e7a (Portugal), the Centre for Meat Technology in Ourense (Spain) and 4Obs, a consultancy company from Greece.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The business representatives in this project are 34 companies representing the meat industry.
