Researchers want to define the emotions of the of virtual games players as precisely as possible.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; It is necessary to use not only the equipment, but above all, modern machine learning methods, in order to create so-called game emotion engine. Data on the player&#8217;s emotional level are collected by means of a 12-channel medical EKG device, an electroencephalograph, a sensitive mouse, and gameplay markers from the game &#8211; explains Dr. Witaszczyk.<\/p>\n<p>Emotion detection technology can have many applications also out of computer games, for example in medicine, education, entertainment or social media.
