Three scientists of Polish origin, who previously worked in Germany, Switzerland and the USA, are returning to Poland, thanks to the Polish-German financial support provided by the Dioscuri programme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As part of the programme, the following units will be established at the Jagiellonian University:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dioscuri Centre for Structural Dynamics and Receptors, which will be headed by Dr Przemys\u0142aw Nog\u0142y.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dioscuri Centre for Modelling of Posttranslational Modifications, headed by Dr Mariusz Sikora.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Dioscuri Centre in Random Walks in Geometry and Topology, headed by Dr Miko\u0142aj Fr\u0105czyk.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Dioscuri programme, which was established on the initiative of the Max Planck Society, aims to create research groups in Central and Eastern Europe capable of competing at an international level.
