During the day it answers dozens of questions. It&#8217;s fast and precise. It gives information about events in the city, accommodation places, restaurants, cinema and theater programs or the city&#8217;s sightseeing tours. Employees of the promotion office deal only with those questions of tourists when chatbot cannot cope.<\/p>\n<p>Chatbot is a computer program whose task is to conduct conversations using natural language.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Our chatbot is working on the visitwroclaw.eu fanpage, the website for tourists visiting Wroc\u0142aw and handles questions in Polish &#8211; says Mariusz Pe\u0142echaty from KODA Bots Studio, the creator of the device.<\/p>\n<p>It is decided that soon a new English speaking chatbot appears; after it new versions using German, Spanish and Czech languages start working for tourists in Wroclaw.
