{"id":271861,"date":"2023-03-13T08:17:22","date_gmt":"2023-03-13T07:17:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/polishscience.pl\/?p=271861"},"modified":"2023-03-13T08:17:22","modified_gmt":"2023-03-13T07:17:22","slug":"multi-profile-medical-simulation-centre-launched-at-the-andrzej-frycz-modrzewski-krakow-academy-of-medical-sciences","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.polishscience.pl\/en\/multi-profile-medical-simulation-centre-launched-at-the-andrzej-frycz-modrzewski-krakow-academy-of-medical-sciences\/","title":{"rendered":"Multi-Profile Medical Simulation Centre launched at the Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow Academy of Medical Sciences"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A grand opening of the Multi-profile Medical Simulation Centre was held at the Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow Academy with the Minister of Health Adam Niedzielski in attendance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The centre has an ambulance simulator, a surgical and technical skills laboratory, a clinical skills teaching room, a hospital emergency ward, an intensive care room, an operating theatre with an anaesthetic laboratory, and a delivery room.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Krak\u00f3w students have the opportunity to practise in conditions close to real life with the use of technologically advanced patient simulators and high-end medical equipment, based on standardised scenarios.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Centre&#8217;s equipment also makes it possible to simulate rare and complex cases, which would be difficult or impossible to practice with a real patient.
