The coordinator of activities is the Voivodeship Labour Office in Katowice, and the consortium includes training organisations from Bulgaria, Finland, Germany, Poland and Slovenia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The aims of the project are to develop a comprehensive service model for older workers to support their potential in the labour market, promote lifelong guidance and counselling dedicated to older workers and improve the knowledge and competences of career counsellors, employers and employees in new counselling methods based on a constructivist approach.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The project implementers also announce the creation of a &#8220;rapid response path&#8221; for seniors in companies, using benchmarking of tools supporting active ageing in companies, practical exercises, scenarios, a diagnosis of the situation of older workers, an interactive course and local workshops.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Read more: <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ujd.edu.pl\/news\/view\/projekt-silver-grow-szybka-sciezka-dla-seniorow-w-przedsiebiorstwach\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">https:\/\/www.ujd.edu.pl\/news\/view\/projekt-silver-grow-szybka-sciezka-dla-seniorow-w-przedsiebiorstwach<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Jan D\u0142ugosz University of Humanities and Sciences in Cz\u0119stochowa has become a partner in the Silver Grow project.
