Rodkiewicz Scholarship Fundation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"background-color:transparent; color:#000000; font-family:times new roman; font-size:12pt\">Polish citizens, permanently living and obtaining the engineer diploma from Polish universities can apply for the scholarship competition. <\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"background-color:transparent; color:#000000; font-family:times new roman; font-size:12pt\">During the qualification procedures the jury will take into consideration the subject of the doctoral thesis and its impact on the science, academic achievements and the opinions of their tutors with two independent researchers.
