Ewelina Pabja\u0144czyk-Wlaz\u0142o from the Department of Materials Science, Commodity Science and Textile Metrology of the Lodz University of Technology won the international program LaunchLab European Institute of Innovation and Technology at YESDELFT in the Netherlands.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"background-color:transparent; color:#000000; font-family:calibri; font-size:11pt\">Their invention myHydro is a textile band with a printed electronic circuit. The device&#8217;s task is to control the hydration of people actively involved in sports, small children or seniors, whose thirst declines with age.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"background-color:transparent; color:#000000; font-family:calibri; font-size:11pt\">Polish researchers have found an innovative solution to combine textiles with electronics and medicine.
