The effectiveness of the tower has been confirmed by the Eindhoven University of Technology.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-family: times new roman,serif; font-size: 12pt;\">The author of the project is a Dutchman Daan Roosegaard. The construction of Smog Free Tower in Poland was initiated by ING Bank \u015al\u0105ski.
