The student received over PLN 216 thousand for her research. Pawe\u0142 Holewa received nearly 220,000 PLN for the project &#8220;Studying optical properties of epitaxial quantum dots with InAs \/ InPs with reduced surface density for applications in fiber-optic quantum communication&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>In this year&#8217;s competition, 80 students representing three areas of sciences &#8211; humanities and social, natural and medical as well as strict and technical were awarded. The winners were selected from 214 applicants.
