The guide is published under the patronage of Prof. Izabela Grabowska, working for the Centre for Research on Social Change and Mobility, operating at the Leon Ko\u017ami\u0144ski Academy in Warsaw.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The guide helps to organise a new daily life &#8211; from finding a flat to looking for a job to spending leisure time. It also helps to understand the regulations and civic responsibilities.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;In the guide, we encourage migrant women, among other things, to visit the My Migration portal [www.mojamigracja.org], created by Leon Ko\u017ami\u0144ski Academy researchers&#8221;, emphasises Prof. Grabowska.
