She and a team of Prof. Ryszard Adamiak from the Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry PAS in Pozna\u0144 have developed system of the RNA Composer. It is a free, publicly available, quick IT tool. It deals with both short and very long chains of RNA molecules with complex architecture.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: arial,sans-serif; font-size: 11pt;\">During the 6 years of functioning of RNA Composer it has already performed 1 million tasks. This way many scientists got the first idea of \u200b\u200bhow the molecule looks in three dimensions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: arial,sans-serif; font-size: 11pt;\">The Polish results of RNA research are well- known worldwide. In this field, innovative experiments are conducted by a team of Prof. Janusz Bujnicki from the International Institute of Molecular and Cell Biology in Warsaw. Prof. Ryszard Kierzek from the Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry PAS in Pozna\u0144 described the thermodynamic rules of RNA folding.
