{"id":265405,"date":"2023-02-08T16:30:02","date_gmt":"2023-02-08T15:30:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/polishscience.pl\/?p=265405"},"modified":"2023-02-08T16:30:02","modified_gmt":"2023-02-08T15:30:02","slug":"xxxi-conference-of-the-association-of-mathematics-teachers-mathematical-manufaktura","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.polishscience.pl\/en\/xxxi-conference-of-the-association-of-mathematics-teachers-mathematical-manufaktura\/","title":{"rendered":"XXXI Conference of the Association of Mathematics Teachers &#8211; Mathematical Manufaktura"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">From 10 to 13 February, the Technical University of \u0141\u00f3d\u017a will host the XXXI Conference of the Association of Mathematics Teachers &#8211; Mathematical Manufaktura, where mathematicians from all over Poland will discuss education and exchange views on teaching methods, as well as share good practices in education.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During the opening ceremony of the conference, on Friday, 10 February, in the Alchemium Auditorium of the Technical University of \u0141\u00f3d\u017a, the inaugural lecture entitled Mathematics, artificial intelligence and brains will be delivered by Professor Wodzis\u0142aw Duch from the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toru\u0144.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During the conference, the organisers plan to start a discussion on mathematics education.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;We would like to let teachers know what we think is missing in mathematics lessons and what competences we expect from students.
