This did not prevent from the depopulation of rural areas, on the contrary, despite improving living conditions, the young people still fled to the cities &#8211; explains Prof. Irena Nied\u017awiecka-Filipiak in the journal &#8220;G\u0142os Uczelni&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>As Wroc\u0142aw scientists emphasized that the first association with the name of the program is misleading. The renewal of the village is not only about the renovation of buildings.
