They support researchers at different stages of their careers by funding research and training in Europe and non-European countries.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At the same time, they enable institutions to develop their staff through the employment of researchers and the participation of staff in international research and training projects. Projects within the scope of the MSCA can be carried out in any scientific discipline and can concern both basic and applied research.
