The purpose of the meeting was to draw attention to the problem of global warming and its economic, environmental and social consequences.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Professor Bo\u017cena Ryszawska and Prof. Piotr Szyma\u0144ski had the opportunity to meet with the founder of the organization &#8211; former US vice president and laureate of the Nobel Peace Prize Al Gore. They also received the &#8220;The Climate Reality Leadership Corps&#8221; certificates.<\/p>\n<p>The Wroc\u0142aw University is the first Polish partner of The Climate Reality Project. It participates in \u201c100 percent. Commited\u201d, one of the flagship projects of the organization related to the transition to renewable energy on campus.
