The author of the winning work, to be selected from the final five, will receive PLN 50,000 from the University of \u0141\u00f3d\u017a for further scientific development. The award ceremony will take place on 29 January 2023.<\/p>\n<p>The nominated works include: Dr Maria Ferenc&#8217;s &#8216;Everyone asks what will happen to us. The inhabitants of the Warsaw Ghetto towards the news of the war and the Holocaust&#8217; published by the Jewish Historical Institute; Dr Agnieszka Gajewska &#8216;Stanis\u0142aw Lem. Banished from the High Castle. Biografia&#8221;, published by Wydawnictwo Literackie; Dr Magdalena Ko\u017aluk &#8220;Pierre Jacquelot, L&#8217;Art de vivre longuement sous le nom de M\u00e9d\u00e9e&#8221;, published by Classiques Garnier; Dr Maciej \u015awierkocki &#8220;Ulysses&#8217; \u0141\u00f3d\u017a&#8221;, published by Officyna; Dr Cezary W\u0105s &#8220;God&#8217;s Shadow in the Philosopher&#8217;s Garden.
