Professor Anastase Shyaka delivered a paper &#8220;Rwanda: culture, economy and transformation&#8221;, which was followed by a discussion.<\/p>\n<p>UR points out that the Rwandan ambassador was impressed by the infrastructure and educational opportunities at the University of Rzesz\u00f3w and the research areas in which scientific projects are carried out.<\/p>\n<p>Anastase Shyaka, the current Rwandan Ambassador to Poland, is a graduate of Polish universities: Warsaw University of Technology, Warsaw University of Technology Business School and the University of Gdansk.
