Jewish Folk Medicine in Eastern Europe,&#8221; published by the prestigious Littman Library of Jewish Civilization, received an award for the best scholarly book publication in the field of Jewish history and culture in Poland.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In 2015, Dr Marek Tuszewicki&#8217;s book &#8220;Frog under the tongue. Folk medicine of Ashkenazi Jews at the turn of the 20th century. The lively reception in Poland of this book attracted the interest of a foreign publisher, the Littman Library of Jewish Civilization, resulting in the 2021 edition of &#8220;A Frog under the Tongue. Jewish Folk Medicine in Eastern Europe.&#8221;\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is not a mere translation, but an autonomous approach tailored to a completely different audience.
