As part of the scholarship, the researcher will undertake a one-month research internship at the European University Institute in Florence and a library search at the European Union (EU) Historical Archives there.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The laureate&#8217;s research project is devoted to the role of independent fiscal institutions in working towards compliance with fiscal rules and principles in EU Member States.
