Zbigniew Walczyk has signed a partnership agreement for the implementation of the project called &#8220;El-evator start platform&#8221; under the Operational Program Eastern Poland 2014-2020.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The parties of the contract are Municipality of Elbl\u0105g &#8211; Elbl\u0105g Technology Park, State Higher Vocational School in Elbl\u0105g, Investin Ltd, OPEGIEKA Ltd, Fundacja Instytut Nauk Ekonomicznych i Spo\u0142ecznych, Granter Ltd. and the Foundation for Advanced Technologies.<br \/>\nThe purpose of the contract is to create a partnership providing with the organization of a comprehensive support program in the Eastern Poland macro-region, which will provide conditions to create and develop the innovative start-up companies.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rector of the State Higher Vocational School in Elbl\u0105g, Prof. Eng.
