The aim of the competition is to support international cooperation in research and development.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The National Center for Research and Development emphasize, that there are no thematic restrictions in Eurostars-2. Projects must be market-oriented, that is, they should anticipate the development of a new product, process or service and must have a civil purpose.<br \/>\nPartners in the competition outside the European Union are Canada, South Korea, South Africa and Turkey.
