Adoption of the Plan is a condition of eligibility to apply for grants in the European research area.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Plan was developed by a team of experts who were guided by the provisions of the University&#8217;s Statutes and Strategies, the UMK Personnel Policy and the strategic documents of the YUFE alliance.
