Warsaw University of Technology ( PW) has been ranked in four areas of the Times Higher Education by Subject 2023 international index. The areas are: Computer Science, Engineering, Physical Sciences and Business and Economics.<\/p>\n
In the ranking for Computer Science, PW was placed in the 601-800 group, which is ex aequo the second position in Poland ( after the University of Warsaw).<\/p>\n
In the area of Engineering, PW was also ranked ex aequo second in Poland (group 801-1000) together with the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krak\u00f3w, the Opole University of Technology and the Pozna\u0144 University of Technology. Gdansk University of Technology was ranked higher (601-800).<\/p>\n
In the Physical Sciences area, PW was ranked in the 1001+ group. Warsaw University of Technology (ranked 501-600) and Jagiellonian University (ranked 601-800) were rated best among Polish universities.<\/p>\n
In the Business and Economics list, PW was ranked in the 801+ group. The best Polish universities in this area are Gdansk University of Technology (places 401-500), Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun, Poznan University of Technology and Rzeszow University of Technology (all three in the 501-600 group).<\/p>\n
