The research is being conducted in collaboration with the Wroc\u0142aw Centre for Social Development.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;There is no Polish questionnaire to study the nutritional risk of seniors living in the community. Dietitians and doctors usually rely on a questionnaire developed in Canada, which includes, for example, questions about puddings, practically absent in traditional Polish cuisine, tofu or beans in sauce&#8221;, says Dr Gajda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The questions of the Polish questionnaire concern dietary risk factors, i.e. changes in body weight, food intake, diet, physiological, adaptive and social problems hindering nutritional rationality. They are aimed at people aged 65+.
