Minister Czarnek referred in this context to the Copernican Academy, which is intended to help researchers in their development.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to the act on the Copernican Academy, its aim is to increase the competitiveness and recognition of Polish science in the world. It will implement a programme including the funding of scientific research, including the awarding of Copernican scholarships and Nicolaus Copernicus grants.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mateusz Ho\u0142da from the Faculty of Medicine of the Jagiellonian University&#8217;s Collegium Medicum in Krakow became the first Polish scientist to be awarded the title of titular professor before the age of 30.
