It was a response to a dilemma that young people faced only a few years ago: a research career at university or professional development in business?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Implementation Doctorate gave hundreds of young people the chance to reconcile these two development paths. Obtaining a doctoral degree without giving up a career has become possible. In order to combine career development, participants carry out scientific research to prepare an industrial implementation that is in demand by a company.
