{"id":242207,"date":"2022-10-03T10:30:17","date_gmt":"2022-10-03T08:30:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/polishscience.pl\/?p=242207"},"modified":"2022-10-03T10:30:17","modified_gmt":"2022-10-03T08:30:17","slug":"young-engineers-can-receive-gold-medal-of-chemistry-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.polishscience.pl\/en\/young-engineers-can-receive-gold-medal-of-chemistry-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"Young engineers can receive Gold Medal of Chemistry 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Institute of Physical Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Sciences (IPC PAS) in Warsaw and the DuPont company are organising the 12th &#8220;Gold Medal of Chemistry&#8221; competition, which aims to identify the authors of the best undergraduate or engineering theses in chemistry.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The event is held under the honorary patronage of the Polish Chemical Society, the Committee on Analytical Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Sciences and Professor Maciej \u017bylicz, President of the Foundation for Polish Science.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prof. \u017bylicz emphasises that chemistry is one of those fields in which Poles have a strong brand.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8216;This makes it even more worthwhile to support talented young researchers who are already developing this area of science at such an early stage of their careers. The Foundation for Polish Science supports the best to become even better.
