This is a European Commission programme carried out in cooperation with Member States, the European Space Agency, the European Organisation for the Exploitation of Meteorological Satellites, the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts, European Union agencies and the Mercator Oc\u00e9an research institute.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Copernicus Academy connects European universities, research institutions, business schools, private organisations and non-profit organisations.
