{"id":233066,"date":"2022-08-09T11:05:22","date_gmt":"2022-08-09T09:05:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/polishscience.pl\/?p=233066"},"modified":"2022-08-09T11:05:22","modified_gmt":"2022-08-09T09:05:22","slug":"institutes-of-the-polish-academy-of-sciences-highly-rated-for-their-activity","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.polishscience.pl\/en\/institutes-of-the-polish-academy-of-sciences-highly-rated-for-their-activity\/","title":{"rendered":"Institutes of the Polish Academy of Sciences highly rated for their activity"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>More than half of the institutes of the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN) received the highest category A + or A in a given major &#8211; according to the decision of the Minister of Education and Science regarding the evaluation of scientific activity in 2017-2021.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A total of 96 majors were assessed at 69 institutes of the Polish Academy of Sciences and the International Institute of Molecular and Cell Biology. 61% of them received the highest categories A + or A (17-19% for A + and 40-42% for A, respectively). This is more than the average for the entire country, which is 34% (6% for category A + and 28% for category A).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is worth noting that as many as 17 units received the A + category in their major.
