{"id":230645,"date":"2022-07-27T13:38:09","date_gmt":"2022-07-27T11:38:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/polishscience.pl\/?p=230645"},"modified":"2022-07-27T13:38:09","modified_gmt":"2022-07-27T11:38:09","slug":"doctors-from-the-usa-conduct-training-at-the-medical-university-of-warsaw","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.polishscience.pl\/en\/doctors-from-the-usa-conduct-training-at-the-medical-university-of-warsaw\/","title":{"rendered":"Doctors from the USA conduct training at the Medical University of Warsaw"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Emergency medicine specialists and surgeons from The University of Toledo in Ohio (USA) conducted a series of training courses on ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support) procedures &#8211; advanced life-saving procedures for adults and children at the Medical Emergency Department of the Medical University of Warsaw (MUW).<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cThe trainings primarily cover the implementation of critical procedures and the assessment of the patient who has suffered injuries, whether as a result of a traffic accident, or as a result of a fire, act of terror, attack with the use of dangerous tools or weapons\u201d, says Dr Marcin Podg\u00f3rski from the Medical Rescue Department of the Medical University of Warsaw.
