The newly established unit will disseminate and organize knowledge about the history of the region.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The signatories of the agreement emphasized that these activities fit into the implementation of the provisions of the Lublin 2030 Strategy and the Development Strategy of the Lubelskie Voivodeship until 2030, using the scientific and research potential of the UMCS Institute of History.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The agreement was signed by: the Marshal of the Lublin Province, Jaros\u0142aw Stawiarski, Member of the Province Board, Bart\u0142omiej Ba\u0142aban, the President of Lublin, Dr.Krzysztof \u017buk and the Rector of the Maria Curie-Sk\u0142odowska University, Prof. Rados\u0142aw Dobrowolski.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Maria Curie Sk\u0142odowska University (UMCS) in Lublin concluded an agreement with the Lublin Commune and the Lublin Province regarding cooperation in the field of research and its promotion, as well as participation in conferences and research and teaching projects.
